Day 1
Mine your ChatGPT history
  1. Copy Prompt 1 above and paste it into ChatGPT
  2. READ every single word of the output — don't skim
  3. Edit it: add what ChatGPT missed, delete anything wrong
  4. Save to a Google Doc — this is your master context document
Day 2
Set up Claude.ai
  1. Copy Prompt 2 and paste it into ChatGPT (same conversation)
  2. Take the "Claude.ai Quick Memory" output and paste it into Claude.ai Settings → Memory
  3. Test it: open Claude.ai and ask "What do you know about my business?"
  4. Fix what's wrong. Add more. Test again.
Day 3
Set up Claude Code
  1. Take the CLAUDE.md output and save as CLAUDE.md in your workspace root
  2. Open Claude Code and paste the 10 memory seeds one by one
  3. Test: ask Claude to draft something real for your business
  4. Is it good? If it feels generic, add more context. Iterate.
The difference between mediocre AI answers and spectacular ones is 2-3 days of proper context setup. Don't rush this.
