Maestro Movers.
43 today. 70+ in 90 days.
Storage is the unlock.
Here is what we have built, what is live right now on the new site, and the three decisions I need from you on this call. Scroll at your own pace. The agenda bar stays with you.
Section 2 · where we are today
Maestro is scoring 43/100 for AI visibility. Schema leads. Citations lag.
Phase 1 audit (6 Apr) scored maestromovers.com against 60 live AI queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Here is the shape of it.

Schema
Schema score of 15/25 is the best of all 9 clients we audited in this wave. The gap is not technical, it is citation volume and entity signal. Fixing three specific things (AIO placement, backlink quality, storage-specific content) should move this to 70+/100 inside 90 days.
Section 3 · site rebuild
The new site is 2.75x faster on mobile. Zero layout shift.
The old WordPress site on IBM Cloud / besearched was loading in nearly 8 seconds on mobile. Homeowners searching on phones do not wait. Rebuilt on Astro + Cloudflare Workers: global edge, near-zero JavaScript, clean JSON-LD.

Clean
PageSpeed measured 19 Apr. Load time dropped by 5.1 seconds on mobile. No CLS regression (some rebuilds regress layout stability, this one did not). Homepage is polished and live. Inner service and location pages are in final QA this week.
What the rebuild buys you, in plain terms
Same content, same URLs, completely different engine underneath.

Why it matters for Maestro
Speed
8s mobile load
Under 3s, most under 1s
Local and long-distance enquiries come in on phones. Faster pages = more quote requests, higher Google rank.
Weight
WP plugins, heavy JS, slow TTFB
Static HTML, near-zero JS, global CDN
Less to break. A family on moving day, patchy signal in a new neighbourhood, still gets the quote form.
Schema / AI
Underused, 15/25 but absent signals
Full MovingCompany + Service JSON-LD
ChatGPT and Perplexity read schema to know what you do. Storage gets its own schema block this round.
Security
WP + IBM Cloud = attack surface
Zero plugins, static files
WordPress is the most-hacked platform on the web. Static sites have nothing to hack.
Editing
WP admin, dev ticket for anything
AI-assisted edits in minutes
New storage promo, new Winter Park landing page, seasonal banner. Minutes, not days. No developer needed.
Storage page
Thin, buried in nav
Dedicated landing with FAQ + schema
Storage is your growth line. The new page is built to rank for "storage + Orlando + short term" style queries.
Coming to the site
Click-and-chat editing, right on the live site.
You log into your site, click any element (headline, icon, color, photo), tell the chat "change this red to navy" or "swap this icon for a storage icon" or "rewrite this paragraph". The AI agent does it, shows you the preview, you approve or tweak. No tickets. No developer wait. Landing this quarter.
Section 4 · where AI is already citing Maestro
You are in the conversation. Just not often enough yet.
Phase 1 audit ran 60 live queries. Maestro was cited in 9 of them. Here is the shape of the wins, and where the gaps are.
ChatGPT · Maestro
"best piano movers Orlando FL"
"Maestro Movers offers specialty piano moving in the Central Florida area, with handling for upright and grand pianos…"
Perplexity · Maestro
"moving company Winter Park FL reviews"
"Maestro Movers is a BBB A+ rated moving company serving Winter Park, Maitland, and Longwood with local and intrastate moves."
Google AIO · Maestro
"movers Orlando with storage"
"Among Orlando moving companies offering storage, Maestro Movers lists storage as a core service alongside local and packing options."
ChatGPT · GAP · not cited
"best moving company Orlando FL"
"Top named: Best USA Movers, Sebastian Moving and More, All My Sons. Maestro absent on unbranded head term. This is the gap we close first."
You rank strongly on branded queries (BBB A+, piano moving specialty) but you do not appear in top organic or AI for the unbranded head term "best moving company Orlando". That is the main thing to fix. We know how.
Section 5 · the storage growth play
Storage is your stated growth line. It is also where AI is weakest.
You told me at onboarding that storage is the side of the business you want to grow. Storage is also the weakest angle in the audit: competitors all claim storage, Maestro's storage page is thin, and the AI queries for "Orlando moving + storage" rarely cite you yet. Here is the three-step play.
Step 01 · Capture
Storage landing + FAQ + schema
Dedicated storage page on the new Astro site: short-term vs long-term, pricing bands, climate-controlled, pickup-and-store workflow. Schema.org StorageService block. FAQ block targeting "how much does storage cost Orlando", "storage while moving", "long term storage Orlando".
Step 02 · Feed
Apartment complex partnerships
Winter Park, Maitland, Longwood affluent complexes with ~10% monthly turnover (200-unit targets). Concierge referral: Maestro packs, moves, stores while the resident figures out their next place. Storage is the sticky part of the offer.
Step 03 · Amplify
Google LSA + Maps posts
Local Services Ads tuned to storage-intent queries. Weekly GBP post cadence with storage offers, storage Q&A, before-and-after photos. The longwood warehouse becomes the hero on the page, not an afterthought.
Storage growth play · 90 day pilot
Let's treat storage as its own growth channel for 90 days. Measure leads, measure storage-specific bookings. If it moves, we double down. If not, we pivot to piano or packing as the spike lane.
90 days
MEASURED · KILL SWITCH ANY TIME
Section 6 · the full lead gen engine
Storage is one pillar. Here is the whole stack we are pointing at Maestro.
Every layer below runs in parallel. No silver bullet. The compound effect is what moves the needle over 6-12 months, but the first ad data lands in your inbox in 2 weeks.
Layer 01 · Agents
AI super-agents
24/7 answer, qualify, book. Agents that can quote common move sizes, request moving dates and inventories, follow up with dead leads, and hand off to a human when real judgement is needed. Tuned on Maestro's service mix: local, intrastate, storage, packing, piano.
Layer 02 · SEO
Local rankings + entity
Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Windermere, Sanford, Oviedo. Citations, schema (now strong), review velocity, GBP posts. Compounds slowly, cheapest channel long-term.
Layer 03 · AI ranking
ChatGPT / Perplexity / AIO
Phase 1 baseline: 43/100. The 3 highest-leverage fixes (unbranded head term, backlink quality, storage-specific content) should move you to 70+/100 in 90 days. Phase 2 starts next week.
Layer 04 · Google Ads
LSA + search + Performance Max
Local Services Ads for "call now" moving intent. Search tuned to storage + intrastate long distance. Performance Max for wider awareness across your 9 target areas. Agents route the leads so you do not pay for clicks that go nowhere.
Layer 05 · Facebook Ads
Awareness + retargeting
Retargeting site visitors who did not convert. Apartment-complex awareness campaigns in the affluent zips. Before-and-after move reels for social proof. Storage offers pushed in the shoulder season.
Layer 06 · Reports
Automated weekly
Weekly email Monday 7am. Calls, quote requests, ad spend, SEO movement, AI citations, storage-specific enquiries. No silence, no "what are they doing over there" moments. Everything on one page.
Live ad test · my budget · starting Monday 27 Apr
I am putting my own Google + Facebook ad budget behind the agent stack starting Monday 27 April. You see the first real data from it on your dashboard by 8 May. Not a pitch deck. Actual calls, actual quote requests, actual cost per lead. Mover-tailored ads, not a generic local spray.

Section 7 · what unlocks in phase 2
Right now the portal is a preview. Phase 2 makes it your live operating view.
The portal you are looking at right now is a demo. Same Maestro-branded frame, but wired up to real data. One view, updated nightly.

Real login for Joshua + anyone you nominate
The blocker is Google access. To wire GSC + GA + GBP to one login, we need webaccess@onlineoptimisers.net added as Manager on Maestro's Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile. A 3-minute click for you. It is Ask #1 below.
Section 8 · the three asks
Three decisions. Today.
Everything we have covered unlocks from these three yeses. None of them are big. The first is literally a click. The second is a verbal yes. The third is a 90-day trial you can kill.
1
Grant GSC + GA + GBP access
Add webaccess@onlineoptimisers.net as Manager on Maestro's Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile. 3 minutes. Unlocks the live portal.
2
Reprice to $1,000/month, effective 1 May
Scope has grown a lot past the original $750. We are close to break-even at this cadence. $1,000/month keeps Maestro moving at full pace. Same team, same scope, no new line items. Small move, honest ask. Phased option available if needed ($875 May, $1,000 July).
3
8 May check-in on ad data
I am running paid Google + Facebook tests on Bobcat and a couple of other mover clients starting Monday 27 Apr. We sit down 8 May, look at actual cost per lead from those tests, and decide together when Maestro turns on paid channels with you fronting the spend. No commitment today, just a yes to the review.
Section 9 · have a think before the call
15 questions for you to roll around.
No need to type answers, no form to fill. Just let these sit before we get on. We will cover them live, in order, for whichever ones matter most to you.
Growth vision
If AI ranking delivered 10 extra quote requests a week in 90 days, what is that worth to Maestro? Which service would you most want those leads in: storage, long distance, local, packing, piano?
Storage is the stated growth line. How much of Maestro's capacity is currently dedicated to storage vs the move side, and how much could it be?
Are there jobs you actively want fewer of? (so we can steer away from them in the targeting. Long-distance outside Florida? Small in-town hauls? Piano-only?)
AI agents (the super-agent layer)
What takes up the most of customer-service time week-to-week that an agent could take off the plate? (quote requests? scheduling? follow-ups?)
Would you trust an AI agent to book a move slot directly on a calendar, or do you want a human to approve each booking first?
Should the agent sound like Maestro itself, or like "the Maestro concierge"? Different trust dynamic with each.
Lead nurture and response time
Right now, when a quote request comes in through the website, what happens in the first 5 minutes? First hour? First day?
Rough gut feel: what percentage of inbound leads go cold before someone reaches them?
After a move is done, is there a follow-up sequence (review request SMS, email, call back)? Or does it depend on who is around that day?
When you lose a job, do you usually know why? (price, timing, competitor, didn't feel right)
Orlando + storage specifics
Which of the nine target cities (Winter Park, Maitland, Longwood, Altamonte, Winter Springs, Windermere, Sanford, Oviedo, College Park) produces the best jobs for you right now? Which one should we lean into on the new location pages?
The Longwood warehouse: is it fully active, ready to be promoted as the hero of storage? Or is there capacity work to do first?
Apartment complex partnerships: have you tried these before? Any you already have a foot in? Any you want us to stay clear of?
Piano moving ranks well already. Is that a reputation you want to lean harder into, or are you happy leaving it as a steady-state niche?
Data + tracking
Where does a Maestro quote request actually live once it comes in? (spreadsheet, CRM, email inbox, Joshua's head) Whatever it is, we wire the portal to that so the weekly report shows real numbers, not guesses.
Nothing here is a gotcha. If the answer to half of them is "I don't know yet" that is a useful answer too, just tells me where to help first.
