Model 01
Done-For-You Conversion
You send us the records. We do everything that turns them into revenue. Personalised outreach copy, the website plumbing that makes AI cite the brand, tracking on every record so we know which ones closed. At the end of the month you get one number: how much revenue your data produced.

AMP record drops on agreed cadence. Vertical access. Close data fed back monthly.
OO provides
AI personalisation per record. Schema and entity layer. Attribution UUID system. Monthly performance report.
Model 02
Rejected-Lead Recovery
AMP rejects the bottom 30% of records as too small to be worth Mr Morell's tier-1 customers. We pick those up, run them through our SMB outreach engine, and pay a fee per close. Zero loss to the AMP, new revenue line for OO.
Mr Morell provides
Access to rejected record segments. Confirmation of which tiers are below his minimum threshold.
OO provides
Full outreach execution on discarded segments. Residual payment to Mr Morell per close. Zero execution required from Mr Morell.

VIN-Postcard AI Personaliser
Remember the Kansas City Cadillac postcards? Each household got mail referencing the exact car parked in their driveway. We package that as a repeatable service: a flat fee per record, or a monthly licence for Mr Morell's dealership clients to use under their own brand.
Mr Morell provides
AMP record supply. Introductions to dealership clients where VIN-level data is in scope.
OO provides
AI copy engine per VIN. Print-ready postcard output at scale. Per-record fee structure or monthly licence for repeat clients.
Model 04
Portfolio-Internal Pilot on Evergreen Solar
A low-risk test inside one of Mr Morell's own companies. We do the full job for Evergreen Solar in 30 days, flat fee, no ongoing commitment. At Day 30 we re-test how often ChatGPT and Google AI mention the brand and show the difference.
Mr Morell provides
Access to Evergreen Solar. First data drop. One point of contact for any clarification during Month 1.
OO provides
Schema and entity foundation. AI copy layer on first record batch. Attribution tracking. AI visibility retest at Day 30.
Model 05
JV D2C Solar Funnel
AMP tells us which households are actively shopping for solar right now. We reach out, book the consultation, hand the booked appointment to a solar installer who does the install. Three parties, revenue split at each step. Mr Morell earns from data he is already collecting.
Mr Morell provides
AMP record feed for in-market solar consumers. Data licensing for the funnel. Introductions to any preferred installer partners.
OO provides
Full D2C funnel build and operation. AI-personalised outreach to each record. Appointment booking. Handoff to installer at booked-appointment stage.
Model 06
AMP Acquisition: Tier-1 Hunters
We hunt the $150M-and-up data buyers AMP wants but doesn't have time to chase. Outbound LinkedIn plus a warm intro stack. We earn a rev-share on every new AMP contract we close.
Mr Morell provides
ICP profile for $150M+ client targets. Access to intent data for targeting. Final close and contract execution.
OO provides
Target identification via AMP + LinkedIn signal. AI-personalised outreach sequence. Warm introduction delivery to Mr Morell's pipeline.
Model 6 vs Model 7: Model 6 = OO does the hunting (cold outbound). Model 7 = Mr Morell does the hunting (warm intros from his existing network). Both feed the AMP. Both earn OO revenue. Different motion.
Model 07 · Already agreed in principle
Affiliate Residual: Warm Intros
Mr Morell sends us a warm intro to a buyer he already knows. We close them on AMP. A residual percentage flows to OO for the life of the relationship. No outbound work, pure conversion and retention. Rate confirmed Wednesday.
Mr Morell provides
AMP onboarding for introduced clients. Commission tracking and monthly settlement. Confirmed residual rate on Wednesday.
OO provides
Qualified introductions to prospective AMP clients from OO's existing network and outreach operations. No execution required from Mr Morell pre-close.
The compound case

All 7 models run off the same foundation.

Model 4 is the test. Model 1 is the rollout to the rest of Mr Morell's portfolio. Sign one pilot Wednesday and the other six models open up.

Models 2, 5, and 6 turn data Mr Morell isn't using today into new revenue. Models 3 and 7 sell our service into clients Mr Morell already has.
