Agency will provide the following at no upfront cost to Client:
Agency will also set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) if Client elects to fund ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms by Client.

Commission is payable within 30 days of Client receiving payment from the end customer. If the end customer pays in installments, commission is due on each installment as received.
A lead is attributable to Agency if it arrives through any of these channels:
Any form on the Agency-built website
Calls to the dedicated tracking number displayed on the website
Any lead generated through Agency-managed ad campaigns
Leads who found Client through Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar platforms
Agency reserves the right to request documentation (invoices, contracts, payment receipts) for any deal where commission is owed, up to once per quarter. Client will provide requested documentation within 14 days.
If audit reveals underreported revenue exceeding 10% of actual revenue, Client owes the difference plus a 15% late fee.
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement confidential. Neither party will disclose commission rates, revenue figures, or lead data to third parties without written consent.
Agency does not guarantee any specific number of leads, deals, or revenue. Agency's services increase the likelihood of digital lead generation but cannot guarantee outcomes. Agency's total liability under this agreement is limited to the total commission earned in the preceding 3 months.
