Services Provided by Agency

Agency will provide the following at no upfront cost to Client:

Agency will also set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) if Client elects to fund ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms by Client.

Commission Structure
Agency earns 10% of first-year contract value on every deal attributable to Agency's system.
How Commission is Calculated

When Commission is Due

Commission is payable within 30 days of Client receiving payment from the end customer. If the end customer pays in installments, commission is due on each installment as received.

Lead Attribution

A lead is attributable to Agency if it arrives through any of these channels:

Website Form Submission

Any form on the Agency-built website

Tracking Phone Number

Calls to the dedicated tracking number displayed on the website

Paid Advertising

Any lead generated through Agency-managed ad campaigns

Organic / AI Search

Leads who found Client through Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar platforms

Attribution Rules
Before this engagement, Client's website generates zero digital leads (site is noindexed). Any digital lead after launch is incremental.
Both parties have access to the same lead tracking dashboard.
Client must update lead status (contacted, quoted, won, lost) and deal value within 7 days of status change.
Agency provides monthly attribution report by the 5th of each month.
Client has 30 days from report date to dispute any attribution.
Call recordings are available for review in case of disputes.

Respond to leads within 24 hours - faster response = higher close rates for both parties

Update deal status in the tracking system - won/lost/value, within 7 days of change

Provide honest deal value reporting - commission is based on trust; Agency has audit rights (see Section 7)

Provide content and assets - team photos, testimonials, operation photos for website

Grant DNS access - when ready to point domain to the new website

Grant Google Business Profile access - for optimization

Fund ad spend - if electing to run paid campaigns (minimum recommended: $1,500/month)

Request Google reviews - from satisfied clients (target 3-5 per month)
