A scored lead is any consumer record that passes through the intent scoring engine in a given month. Records that do not change score or are in a dormant state do not count against your monthly allocation.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalties or contracts on Starter or Pro tiers.
Starter and Pro are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Enterprise agreements are structured on a 12-month term with custom payment options. Contact the team for details.
