This is the operating model. Some of these agents are running for you today. Others are designed and ready to deploy.

Live now on your accounts: SEO, AI Ranking, GBP, Google Ads, Follow-up, Review Agent. These six are doing the work week in, week out across both brands.

Designed and ready: Facebook Ads (storm-focused angle), Lead Qualify Bot (chat on the new sites), Storm Sniper (NOAA pipeline). Code and scaffolds exist. Each is 1-3 hours from being live for Lankford or Metal Warehouse.

What we are not pretending: the bots are not magic. The Storm Sniper is not currently watching Tanatsa's territory - the underlying pipeline was built on another roofing project last week and we now have everything needed to point it at Grayson, Fannin, Cooke and Bryan counties when you give the green light.

The reporting: the weekly automated email is the next portal milestone (Phase 2). Today the same numbers go out manually - same data, just not yet on a Monday 7am cron.
